The Story

A stage for young women to rise

Athletes drilling together at a pre-tournament clinic

Volleyball is the heartbeat of sport in American Samoa, yet young women here rarely get a stage that puts them in front of college recruiters. This 16U women’s tournament changes that.

USAIOS staff capture match footage and athlete metrics, build digital recruiting profiles, and host college-readiness workshops so every participant leaves with a path forward, not just a result.

Every dollar is restricted to the invitational fund—supporting the venue, equipment, travel, officials, meals, and digital tools that follow each athlete after the final whistle.
